Mary Whipple, Attorney at Law

Areas of Practice

Family Law
The majority of my practice is dedicated to family law matters in all East Bay counties. I provide exceptional service to clients through diligent and compassionate representation. I understand that family law matters are inherently difficult on the families involved. I am empathetic and sensitive to my clients’ needs while zealously advocating for your interests.

Estate Planning/Probate
I work with clients to assist them in planning for their futures and providing for their loved ones. I provide counsel to help you determine the best way to achieve your goals, whether it is through the creation of trusts, wills, living wills, or powers of attorney. The most important aspect of estate planning is ensuring that your personal matters and financial affairs are appropriately handled upon death or disability.
